Brief Answer:
recurrent UTI in sexually active females is common.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

Your urine routine alone cannot confirm an UTI.(urinary infection).
Urine culture must be done to confirm an UTI.
Only one report of urine culture on 24.6.16,is done.
If you're not having any symptoms, you may stop Levofloxacin in one week.

UTI's are common in females,in the sexually active period in females.
Maintain good genital hygiene and avoid moisture in that area.

Drink about 10 glasses fluids daily.
Wish you well.

Hi XXXXXXX

You're most welcome.
In case you've had multiple sexual partners, get a STD panel testing done.
If not having such relations, ignore it.

Wish you well.
