Brief Answer:
Get high vaginal swab report and take medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Get high vaginal swab test done to identify the organism infecting and your vagina that is causing repeated infection.
Since you say your doctor has already sent the swab for culture and sensitivity i suggest you wait for the report . Report will tell you which is organism growing and the suitable antibiotic for treating the same. This medicine is more likely to cure it than these taken without test previously.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

Hi
I visited my doctor yesterday and i've got tested, but it takes a week for the result to come back from the Lab.
My dr said that my infection needs more than 2 rounds of antibiotic to be treated
Meanwhile she prescribed me Ciprofloxacine and Clindamycine. which I think is wrong ,Don't you think that Doxycycline is a better choice for my situation?
If yes,Can i stop taking Cipro(after taking just 2 dosage) and start taking Doxycycline?

Brief Answer:
Dont stop antibiotic if started
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Antibiotics cannot be taken without knowing the exact organism. Both options are wrong according to me.
But if you have started taking Cipro then dont stop as incomplete treatment is not good. You should start or stop any medicines like that.
You can reconsider antibiotics after seeing the culture and sensitivity report.
