Brief Answer:
Probably need a stronger anti-fungal with an antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Unfortunately, it is very common to have a yeast infection after using anabiotic's. Miconazole usually works very well, but you might need a stronger antifungal such as fuconazole.

However, you should see a doctor and get a urinalysis to determine the cause of discharge and pain. Green discharge can sometimes mean a bacterial infection which means you will need another course of antibiotics. In addition, you should also have a Pap smear done if indicated. You may benefit from estrogen cream temporarily. It will help the healing and health of the vagina.

I hope this helps.
