Brief Answer:
You have UTI secondary to enlarged Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have repeated episodes of UTI since last 1.5 months and your USG has revealed grade one enlargement of prostate .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have obstructive voiding symptoms like frequency for urination ,urgency, nocturia, poor stream etc suggestive of enlarged prostate .?
2) Have you done urine culture and taken medications as per culture and sensitivity report?

Considering the size of prostate and insignificant post void residual urine that has been reported in USG you have grade one enlarged prostate with UTI .

I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Serum PSA.

You need to take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report twice daily along with Tomsulosin once daily .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Serum PSA report is not attached

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

The reason for getting repeated episodes of UTI is due to following few factors --

1) The organisms (Bacteria) causing UTI may not be sensitive to antibiotics which you have been prescribed (a proper broad spectrum sensitivity analysis of the specimen will clarify this further)

2) Enlarge prostate causes incomplete emptying of bladder resulting into post void residual urine which gets infected (residual urine acts as a reservoir of micro-organism) .

3) Infection of prostate itself (Prostatitis) which responds slowly and poorly to the antibiotic .

Do take appropriate antibiotic as per culture and sensitivity report which you will get after 3-4 days .

Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for your feedback, please see my comments below

PSA test that I have attached in the report is not what you are looking for where results suggested:
Prostate Specific Antigen:3.39 ng/ml and range is less than 4ng/ml?

2) Enlarge prostate causes incomplete emptying of bladder resulting into post void residual urine which gets infected (residual urine acts as a reservoir of micro-organism) .
Please see the USG where it has mentioned the prevoid and post void results:
Pre void volume: 110 ml
post void volume: 11 ml
3) Infection of prostate itself (Prostatitis) which responds slowly and poorly to the antibiotic .
I have attached the new report which has listed the current medications, I am taking, are these medicines sufficient to take at this point of time and make me out of this worst condition?

Do take appropriate antibiotic as per culture and sensitivity report which you will get after 3-4 days
