Question: My baby has itching problem at some particular location. Earlier it was diagnosed successfully with cetrazine and some some cream to apply. Now it is again started after 2 month. Please suggest some good medicine.

I can understand what you want to see by pictures. I will upload the photos tomorrow's morning.
There is no specific marks, but it general mark because of itching. The 2 majorly infected area is on left chest before armpit and below penis. During sleep it seems to be highly infefted.

For your information, Earlier I have used so many cream, soaps and solutions based on prescription of many Child specialist and Dermatologist, but nothing improved. Finally, on recommendation of a general physician, I have used cetrazine and some cream, and that worked somehow. Now again it started after 2 months..

I can see the child has developed nodules.
This usually happens in scabies.
Has the child Been ever treated for scabies.
Cetrizine cannot cure him.
It can just reduce the itch.

Thanks doctor for your response. Yes, may be he was cured by a dermatologist, but I am not sure. I can provide you names of many medicine and lotions he has earlier used. I am in office now, so I can provide you medicines names tomorrow.

If it is not related to earlier medicines, can you please suggest some medicines for scabies. Fyi, my baby is 3 years old.

1. Neoscab
2. Clotebate-GM

Some of the medicines used:
Ivermectol
Dabur khadirarishta

These are some of the lotion names. He had used many more lotions earlier but currently I am missing the doctor prescription. I will try to provide you some more names.

Please check if the above provided information help you to suggest some good lotion.
One more medicine he had used from prescription of a dermatologist. Please find detail below:

P-SCAB(applied in whole body at interval of 10 days to all family members)

Also used so many soaps.

It is not scabies, she has developed a localised eczematous lesion.
Application of steroid cream may benefit her.
I usually prescribe ointment fluticasone and have seen good response with that.
You can try this.
