Brief Answer:
Oral and Topical Antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

I would suggest an empirical course of an Oral antibiotic for a week or 10 days e.g Amoxicillin+Clavulanic acid combination (Augmentin 625 mg, thrice daily for a week or 10 days).
In addition you may also use a topical antibiotic cream e.g 2% mupirocin cream (T-Bact cream) Or fusidic acid cream (Fucidin cream), twice daily, for a week.
These are prescription antibiotics and I suggest that you take these under supervision of a doctor in your vicinity.

Regards
