Suggest Treatment For Recurring Stomach Pain During Pregnancy

Question: my wife name is XXXX. she is pregnent in 5th month running,late night she was suffering with stomach pain, i was given peracetamol 500, she was cured, but today that pain is restart.she is not able to walk, what can i do? how to stop that pain, which medicine to give him, suggest me?

rantac which mg and antacid tablet name, can we give rantac in pregnancy in this stage?
