Brief Answer:
Continue medication
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Fungal infections are known to be recurrent.
The fungus stays in upper skin and most of the drugs just stop the growth of fungus instead of killing it.
Skin is shed off in 30 days and along with that fungus also get shed off , hence it is important to carry on taking the medication for one month after the symptoms have subsided.
I suggest you to carry on medication for another two months.
This will give you complete cure.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Whitening is not a problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
The whitening is due to peeling of skin.
There is nothing to worry.
It will reduce once the lesions heal.
You mentioned some oral medication, can you let me know the name of that medication.
Itraconazole is best oral medication in your case.
I want to know whether that has been prescribed to you or not.
Thank you
