Question: I have two good sized bumps on my hand and arm they're red and inflamed my friend also has them but someof hers are on her finger and have white tops what could these be they are very itchy and clear liquid comes out when trying to pop them
Brief Answer:
Appears to be fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.
It appears that you have fungal infection with superimposed bacterial infection. I suggest that the fluid which comes out must be collected on swab and tested for gram staining, culture and sensitivity of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and fungal elements. Take the treatment based on findings. I also suggest that you must get yourself examined by a dermatologist.
Hope I answered your query.

Hi
In both of your cases it seems like a fungal infection. Yes you need to apply antifungal. You must visit a dermatologist and start treatment. In meanwhile you must avoid immersing your hands in water. Keep it dry.
