Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the answers. I did not get any image. It would have helped me alot. Anyways most probable differfential in your case could be Herpes Simplex infection. It causes rash formation on genital areas and one variety of herpes causes lesion on lips as well. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- ibuprofen thrice a day for 7 days
- Acyclovir 400mg twice a day. It is usually given for 2-3 months depending upon severity and is a prescription medicine so you need to visit your local doctor to get it.
- Keep genital area clean.
- Use protection while doing sex
Improvement in this is a gradual process. You can discuss all these by visiting hospital and getting an appointment for a "Consultant Dermatologist".
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
