Hi and thanks for your query.
It seems like allergic dermatitis. But I am not able to figure out the extent and severity of the rash.
Most such reactions are self-limiting and resolve spontaneously. Anyways I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist and take treatment orally. Most probably he will advise you to try mild topical steroids like hydrocortisone on the affected area until the rash clears up. It should be kept dry and uncovered. The skin, if blistered, should not be broken.
