Suggest Treatment For Red Dots On Labia Minora

Question: HI on my labia minora i have 2 red dots not painful not raised not really anything but I noticed them when I took a shower.

you can barely see the discolored spots that just look redder on my labia they don't show up on a picture I've tried I think it may be irritation
