Brief Answer:
elevate the limbs, cold compress, NSAIDS
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
I have gone through your picture,
I would like to know is there any history of trauma or sprain to your ankle?
Is there itching or pain?
Presently I would suggest that she should elevate her leg end while sleeping, apply cold compress to it. If associated with pain over the counter NSAIDS like diclofenac 50 mg twice daily for two to three days.
Kindly see if the suggested measures help and provide additional information.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
