Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Spontaneous resolution is possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I have gone through your upload images as well.
I also apologise for the delayed response.
Many of your symptoms will spontaneously resolve.
It is important that you get a Colour Doppler Scrotal and penile ultrasound to pick up any thrombosis of the superficial veins of the penis, that can contribute to pain.
Temporary sexual abstinence is the best mode of treatment for this condition.
A short course of oral tablets (which I usually prescribe to my patients)of Allegra and Prednisolone will help to control pain and itching to a large extent. Please check with your physician if he can prescribe them to you.
Topical creams are rarely effective and hence not advisable.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
