Suggest Treatment For Red Rash On Upper Thigh

Question: hi XXXX,
I have a 2-3 inch red rash that just appeared on my upper thigh close but not on my genetls. I am wondering if that sounds serious? best regards, XXXXXXX

1 Take good care of hygiene

2 Do not apply any steroidal cream or any irritant antiseptics

3 have some antiallergics like L-Cetirizine

_ Exact location, a picture if you can
_any symptoms like itching, burning etc
_ is it scaly, rounded, small blisters on a reddish base
_is it spreading
_any other areas of body with similar rash
_any relation to sweating
_diabetic status
