Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes And Pimples On The Penis

Question: Red rashes with pimple like artifacts at random locations on XXXXXXX penis. With clear secretion. This happened after 12 days after circumsion, following a balanitis infection. No pain at raw areas of sutures. Extreme itching on these red spots.
