Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On The Cheeks, Neck And Chest Area

Question: Since two days have developed light red rashes on my cheeks , neck , chest and itching behind my knees and testicles . They are slightly itchy . Swelling in the throat when i woke up this morning though not painful . Took allegra 180 in the morning and montair FX in the night yesterday . Applied Physiogel lotion on the effected area . But situation stable but no improvement . Two things i did which were different (1) i consumed 81 mg asprin , which i had not consumed since one year , night before appearance of rash . (2) Started using Witch XXXXXXX wipes for my Haemerrhoids since three days . Last year in feb 2016 had developed a mite severe attack which was controlled after 3-4 months of treatment . Advice

Brief Answer:
Seems to be eczematous rash, topical steroid & antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.
It seems to be an eczematous rash.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days followed by application of physiogel cream on the entire areas twice daily.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Meanwhile you can continue with allegra and montair FX for another 7-10 days.
This should resolve the rash.
