Suggest Treatment For Red Soreness On Breast
Brief Answer:
Could you please upload pics.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Could you please upload a picture of the lesion that you have described ?
I think it could be a small boil, which has peeled off.
Have you ever had any breast lesions otherwise , or any significant family / personal history ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
It is a boil
Detailed Answer:
Yes, I have seen it.
It is a small boil, that has burst, and has left a crater like sore there.
Just avoid touching the area much.
Avoid underwired / synthetic bras that may rub on the area.
Apply antibiotic cream on it ( Mupirocin or Bacitracin ).
Keep the area dry and sweat free.
It should heal in a week's time.
If it does not, you should see your OB - GYN for oral antibiotics.
Hope this helped you.
