Hello . Thank you for writing to us
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your quwry and i have noted your concern.
Perhaps you have got Schamburg's purpura which presents as patches composed of specks of small red/ reddish/ brownish spots on ankles and lower legs, usually on both legs, classically giving it a " cayenne pepper " appearance.
The file you have uploaded is a wrong one. I request you to kindly upload it again so that i am able to guide you better.

I'm a computer dummy. I have no idea what file I'm in other than webmd or what file i should go to. I am borderline diabetic, overweight, worried this is related to a further slide down the slippery slope to diabetes. Have many varicose veins as well.
Brief Answer:
Schamburgs purpura
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Schamburg's purpura is not predictive or not associated with any disease. It is more common in those with varicose veins.
I suggest you to take an oral calcium dobesilate 500mg supplement, twice daily. In addition l, topically i would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or betamethasone valerate 0.1% cream, twice daily. These are prescription medications.
