Question : Hi Doc,
I observed some red spot on my penis head.
I never had any sex or any activities with anyone and I am not sure what is causing this red spots to be on, it is not hurting or anything. I noticed it today while shower and I have no other symptoms for now.
Is it something bad ? I am scared and worried a lot now.
I want to have a good family life and make sure i am not infected by anything.
I observed some red spot on my penis head.

There are 2 red lesions .
It appears to be due to irritation or dryness.
Please do not wash frequently.
Wash with warm water twice daily.
Use mild soaps or cleanser to clean the area. I would have advised to apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin.
I do not see anything bad to worry about.

it is not herpes right? I don't think I have any pain now, but if i think I feel some burning sensation. Not sure. I did the herpes test a month ago, because I was tensed and worried.

Are you sure it is not anything bad? I am really worried and this is the first time ever i see this. Also is there a chance it could re occur? How can I take care of myself?

I have a question on herpes though which is kind of making me worried about my health:
