Suggest Treatment For Red Spots In Penis Head

Question: Hello,
I have a few tiny red spots on the head of my penis that come and go every now and then. They do not itch or hurt. Also, the skin on a few places on my shaft seems raw, like almost shiny. I am not sure how to cure this. I have been tested for stds and it came back negative. I play a few sports and perhaps it can be rubbing? I am wondering what I can apply to make it heal? I tried creams for heat rashes and yeast infections as I had one this summer near the area but no luck.

Ok i attached 2 photos. They seem like separate problems. I think the raw skin could be from rubbing it too frequently during mastirbation perhaps? Ive have tried polysporin, vaseline and canesteen.
