Brief Answer:
Lichen planus; topical steroid cream and cetrizine tablet

Detailed Answer:
hello. welcome

i am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). i have gone through your query and i have reviewed the images.

I ll keep a possibility of lichen planus.
Lichen planus is characterised by itchy, pink to violaceous, bumps/skin lesions which are dry and usually multiple. They may resemble insect bites. Lichen planus is not a serious condition and very responsive to treatment with topical steroids.
I suggest you to use a potent topical steroid cream e.g tenovate cream,2x daily for 2 weeks.
in addition you may take a tablet of cetrizone 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
