Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Penis Head

Question: I have red spots on the head of my penis. I sometimes get spots like this when I have a lot of sex or when I masturbate frequently in a short period of time. This time they do have been there for a couple weeks. They are flat red spots, not raised at all, and do not itch, burn or hurt at all. Any idea what it might be?

Last sex was about a month ago. Multiple partners. Never saw any types of discharge or anything on any partners. I always check that before having sex and its always with the same few people. The spots are a little light right now but will
Prob get a little more red after a shower .

Brief Answer:
Topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the photographs. I can see there are 2 shiny patches on the glans penis at different places, which are slightly red; on magnifying the photographs they are definitely distinctly raised/edematous.
This seems to me a sort of mild "lichenoid dermatitis". The trauma of self stimulation Or sexual intercourse making it more distinctly visible.
This looks nothing like an STD, neither does it resembles a fungal infection.
I think you would benefit from using a moderately potent topical steroid for a few days.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Fluticasone propionate 0.05% twice daily Or Mometasone furoate 0.1% twice daily, for a few days.
These are prescription products and you must talk to your doctor for a prescription.
You have already tried triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, which is also mid potent topical steroid.
I am curious to know what is the response to it? How long since you have been using triamcinolone acetonide 0.1%? Are you using it regularly?
Regards

I have been using it for about a week ... seems to work very well but when I take a shower or masturbate it gets red again.
Brief Answer:
Topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
As I had expected! You may continue with it for another 2-3 weeks. That should make it fine. Use it twice daily.
During this time, try to avoid or lessen factors that exacerbate it.
Let me know after 2-3 weeks of regular use.
