Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis; Oral and topical steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Images.

This is classical of a wash bite i.e redness, swelling, painful Or burning sensation and blistering.

If I was the treating doctor I would have ideally started you on a short course of an Oral steroid e.g Prednisolone/ omnacortil tablet, just for a week.
I would have also asked you to apply a topical steroid+antibiotic combination cream e.g betamethasone valerate + neomycin combination cream, twice daily.

Steroids are anti-inflammatory & would bring down pain, swelling & redness within a few hrs of initiating. The area should be back to normal within a week.

Oral and topical steroids are prescription drugs and therefore I suggest that you take these medications under supervision of a doctor in your vicinity.

An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching and discomfort.

Regards
