Question: Hello,

I have noticed readness on my penile shaft 2 months agi which then cracked and became painful. I applied Lotrimin which helped a lot. now it has come back and the same thing happened but the top skin layer has pealed. I am attaching a pic. please help in identifying the possible diagnosis.
