I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.

Respiratory tract infection (RTI):-
It is all due to bacterial infection of the respiratory system. It happens very commonly during a holiday tour.

Itching Testicles:-
It is due to Jock Itch and is due to fungal infection.Very commonly happens in the areas of humidity and also during holidays if hygiene is not so good as at home in normal days, this infection starts to cause itch and redness. It is manageable and you need not worry.

Management:-
If I was your treating Physician I would have prescribed you with:
Azithromycin antibiotic if not allergic to.
Ibuprofen.
Fexofenadine-will help relieve itch on testicles and also will alleviate the symptoms like cough.
Cough Syrup-available over the counter at your pharmacy.
Apply Hydrocortisone/Clotrimazole Ointment on the testicles and thighs in the area. First you need to shave off all the area properly. Keep the area dry and clean.
Take a shower with Oatmeal Milk and Honey body wash. Don't use scented soaps. It will alleviate itch.
Take plenty of water and fluids. It will revitalize you. Keep a healthy and balanced diet.
