Brief Answer:
Please get your evaluation done

Detailed Answer:
Restless Leg Syndrome may be associated with co-morbidties like neuropathy, Iron deficiency and calcium deficiency. Sometimes stress also increases the symptoms. There are non pharmacological and pharmacological means of controlling the symptoms. But patients should be evaluated for co morbid conditions. Also relaxating activities in the evening, hot shower and meditation in the evening time can take care of these symptoms in a number of patients. Also you might consider iron supplementation and calcium supplementation. For rest of the medicines you would need to go to sleep specialist or a neurologist for prescription.
