Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

One possibility for your symptoms is that of restless legs syndrome, a neurological disorder characterized by abnormal unpleasant sensations in the feet, with the urgency to move, relieved by movement. Usually though it is more pronounced in the evening so if that is not your case it's less likely.

The other main possibility for your symptoms is polyneuropathy, damage to the peripheral nerves leading to abnormal sensation in the feet.

So since both are neurological conditions a neurological visit is necessary. That way a neurological physical exam will be done to check for signs of peripheral neuropathy (sensation changes, muscle weakness, altered reflexes etc) and if present diagnostic confirmation through tests like nerve conduction studies and other tests to search for the cause will follow.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
