In addition to RLS medicines, non-pharmacological measures are very important-
1)Good sleep hygiene
2)Avoid hot bath immediately before sleep
3)Avoid tea/coffee, till a couple of hours before sleep
4)Physical exercise every day, but not at night time.
These non-pharmacological measures are really crucial.
