Suggest Treatment For Retarded Ejaculation
Question: Hi !
This is XXXX. I am a male of 41+yrs and married. Recently I have been facing problems during sexual matters. I do not feel urge to get my penis erected as it senses very low in touching ( Mean to say that it does not respond quickly with my mental urge, though sometimes at early morning it gets erected at the time of waking up from bed), even after trying it erects during intercourse but does not ejaculate in-spite of long duration of doing. And, ultimately, I feel tired after long period and loose interest and withdraw. Is it a low libido? though during masturbation the ejaculation happens.
Please advise what to do and how cope up?
Regards

Brief Answer:
Get these tests done
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query. You have mentioned a lower sensitivity of penis and delayed or inability to ejaculate. No, it is not low libido but delayed ejaculation. The causes can be Diabetes, distraction during sex, low testosterone, side effect of a medicine you may be taking, prostate enlargement , alcohol abuse or a neurological dysfunction. I suggest you to get a total testosterone level , SHBG, Serum Albumin and blood sugar levels and revert back

Brief Answer:
It is treatable
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I can't give you a guarantee for the cure but generally sex problems are curable. The only thing required is to understand and investigate the problem appropriately. I have given you my first recommendations .Get the testosterone level done, you may need a personal visit or skype consultation to help me understand your relationship dynamics . it should be treatable ,I think
