Question: Hi Doctor. I really want to start a family but I suffer from retrograde ejaculation. Can you please help me. Being to see specialist after specialist.

I have consulted urologist and they said to try sudafed. The infertility clinic said to start the IVF treatment, but im trying to avoid due to a bit expensive.

I would like to know how your able to tell that you have confirmed retrograde ejaculation? To confirm this you need to have a urinalysis post ejaculation to confirm the presence of sperm cells in the urine sample ?

Yea sudafed is the only medical treatment for confirmed cases of retrograde ejaculation.
