Question: Hi sir, my first problem is gastric slowly after few years other problems cam like BP and I have pain in neck, lower back foot I can't stand more my foot get pain spine specilisty suggested me to rheumatologist he make all tests and say I have remuthoid arthritis I am taking Medicen but my esr level is 35, sgpt 65'and like have fatty leaver but Rf factor is with in limits my pain is not reduce complete old suggest fo

Dear Sir,

Rheumatoid arthritis affects hands the most , back pain , neck pain is not a usual feature for this . Also it is very uncommon in young males . There are specific tests for rheumatoid arthritis like RF , Anti CCP antibody . Only raised ESR has got no significance as such , so I am really doubtful regarding your diagnosis .

My Rf factor is normal mam just I have sgpt level 65 and BP, esr 35 my problem is I will get pain in neck lower back foot pain night I will sleep keeping my legs upside with us my back get flat and I can manage pain if not pain will increase mam other like rbc, & w. B. C AR normal some time slightly high of wight blood cells please suggest who I have to consult
