Brief Answer:
Possibility of an allergic/infective response

Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear Sir,

Welcome to this portal with your query.

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist.
I have seen the pics and noted your features.

I will help you through the recovery process.

The details match those of developing annular or ring shaped skin lesions.
Keeping your age and location in mind, I would like to entertain two possibilities. The most probable reason could be a fungal infection. Such a lesion would itch and bear relationship to sweating. To me this seems likelier

The other less common possibility might be that of Pit rosea which can result in multiple oval shaped slightly scaly and almost non itchy lesions which tend to subside of their own over a period of weeks.

In such a case attending with me in person,I would advise certain investigations to confirm the above possibilities and to rule out certain others especially if there has been a history of unprotected intercourse.

1 CBC
2 VDRL
3 TPHA
4 Skin scrapings for fungus
5 Sugar levels

I would also recommend:
1 To apply an emollient cream like moisturizer or cold cream
2 Use anti allergic ;like Levocetrizine 5 mg daily
3 Use less of soap and cosmetic preparations like Deodorantrs

I hope this helps and I will be glad to answer your queries.

Bets wishes
