Brief Answer:
It could be left ear CSOM

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history, it appears that you are having left ear CSOM (Chronic suppurative otitis media) leading to ringing noise.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case, I would advice you

Keep ear dry, don’t allow water to go inside while bathing. Keep sterile cotton during bath only &
don't use any ear bud to clean inside ear. You can clean outside ear with antiseptic solution.
Take Steam Inhalation twice daily.

Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night and Tab Ibuprofen twice daily after food & tab Rantac twice daily. All these are prescription medicines. Please get them prescribed by your doctor.

Continue augmentin & stop ear drop.

I would also advice you to consult ENT Doctor in your city for ear examination, cleaning & investigation like pure tone audiometry.

Hope this information helpful to you. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
