Brief Answer:
You should continue same according to advise.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
You have high homocysteine level, vitamin D deficiency and pain.
Your nervigen and mecovan are both containing methylcobalamine. Just dosage is reduced. Your homocysteine level is decreased. So that's good.
You still have vitamin D deficiency. Continue vitamin D accordingly. Expose yourself to sunlight.
Don't get confused. Continue your new treatment accordingly to advise.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
