Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Clinically both seasonal flu and swine flu present similar way. But diarrhea and vomiting will be more common in swine flu. Both can be differentiated only on laboratory analysis.

I recommend the following.

1) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
2) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
3) Plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
4) Adequate rest and sleep.
5) If the symptoms not improving , consult your doctor for evaluation.

She will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish her a good health and speedy recovery.
