Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose And Cold
Question: Hi Doc,
I'm frequently suffering from running nose and cold. Whenever I visit a doctor they prescribe medicines for eosinophilia and as long as I'm taking those medicines, I'm ok. Once I stop , with in couple of weeks, I'm again suffering from cold and running nose.
Recently I read an article about side effects of viagar and it coincides with my case.
I have consumed these pills during the initial days of my marriage. After couple of months from my marriage, my body becomes allergic to all fruits, especially to lemon. If I drink lemon water, with in few hours my nose starts running. its that sever ..

Eosinophillia seems to be due to an allergic cause here. Frequent runny nose and cold are again likely due to allergic causes. But yes, I will recommend consulting an ENT surgeon to rule out other causes such as sinusitis, deviated septum and so on.
Viagra can cause nasal congestion and other side effects. But the nasal congestion associated with viagra doesn't last this long. It last only until the effects of drug remain which would be about for few hours to a day. So be rest assured the current symptoms or eosinophillia or the allergic episodes are nothing to do with that medicine.
Now, if you are aware of specific trigger factors, it is important you avoid those factors. If it is absolutely essential to use it, you may use an antiallergic pills shortly or perhaps before using it.
