Brief Answer:
Allergic Rhinitis, Hayfever. Needs management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. These morning symptoms of running nose and frequent sneeze is likely an allergic rhinitis also called hay fever. It needs symptomatic treatment and some preventive measures.

They can work it up for the etiology and do some labs like RAST assays and IgE levels to confirm Hayfever.

Allergen immunotherapy and subcutaneous therapy are very common and promising these days. Symptomatic relief with nasal corticosteroids, antihistamines, decongestants, cromolyn sodium, oral corticosteroids, leukotriene modifiers etc are some of the options. Meanwhile allergen sensitivity and avoidance of allergens is advised.

Talk to allergist and immunologist and let them help.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
