General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Itchy dry ears are not usually related to temporomandibular joint disease.
The symptoms are more related to an allergy.
I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine to relieve the itching.
I also suggest using a steroid ear drops for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
