Suggest Treatment For Sarcoma Cancer
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
It depends what type of cancer it was. Generally any cancer in the age of 20 is very rare. So in such age there is no need to perform any special tests to rule out a cancer. It does not apply to someone who has family history of cancer as there may be hereditary cancer (like breast cancer when there is BRCA1/2 mutation).
But it is really hard to blame anyone for improper diagnostics in so young patient.
Cancer is treatable if detected in early stage. So if this cancer were detected earlier, there would be some chance to make it treatable.
But as you have mentioned that there was no symptoms, detection of such cancer in such young age is rather hardly possible.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Some of sarcomas are really bad cancers and can be very malignant. Depending of the location, it can give elevated LDH level in blood. But this test is not a regular blood work so hard to diagnose it with blood work.
