Question: Im a physical therapist and I just got a call from my mom from out of town who lives with my 42yr brother in end stage HIV. She said he has scabies in his bed and embedded in his body so Im researching what ointment to put on him when I get there. This has been going on for months now, unknown to me, so Im calling pest control and burning that bed but how do I treat his fragile body and skin? She says he has over 100 bites.
