Brief Answer:
seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It may be due to seborrheic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis can cause scaly rashes on the nose, eyebrows.

It can also affect the scalp and forehead in some persons as well.

The exact cause is not known but there is a link to fungal infection.

Treatment involves mainly: (1) antifungal creams such as ketoconazole, ciclopirox

(2)very short term use of topical steroids, these reduce the skin inflammation. These should be used in an acute flare up but should be used for only a few days (eg 3 to 4 days). If used for longer may hasten recurrence

(3)if on the scalp then the use of dandruff shampoos would be helpful.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
