Brief Answer:
Need a new MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Thanks for the query, I can understand your concern,

Since the symptoms have increased to the point of causing Sciatica, it would be better to get a new MRI done to see if the disc has compressed the nerve roots.

In such case, you may need disc removal by micro discectomy technique.

Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for the Sciatica for 2 months (you may need prescription from your local physician for this).

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow-up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
