Question: Sir, I have Scoliosis. 66kg weight, 169cm height. I m doing Bodyweight exercises like plank, push-ups, lunges, squat, burpee, sit-ups, leg raises etc. I would like to know if these workouts have any negative impact on Scoliosis. I am doing these for past 7 months. So far I have not experienced any pain. However, during this 7 months, I reduced weight from 72 to 66kg. But immune system much improved- I realized because frequent cold is almost disappeared. I also has humerus fracture 2 years ago on right hand just above elbow. After surgery it's now healed. By considering all the above, could u kindly advise if should continue my workouts? Thx.
