Brief Answer:
scrath on cornea.

Detailed Answer:
Scratch cornea is to be treated as corneal ulcer. If it is infected then it gives more problem. Pain, watering and conjuctival congestion is to be marked. Eye is to be irrigated with sterile water. Apply antibiotic eye drop 6 hourly. Better to to keep it under pad. Next day it should be changed after sterile water irrigation. Apply ofloxacin drop as earlier. Neosporine eye ointment may be applied at bed time. In two days it should heal if not infected. There will not be any symptoms of corneal abrasion. For another few days put on dark glass.
