Question : Hi, I have a scratch mark(done by nail) on my face. I consult a dermitologist , she recommended to use Tri glow cream for 3 weeks . It's been 2 days, my dark marks turned to red , is it expected ? or I should stop using the cream . I am using sunscreen spf 30 daily & also using cosmetics & facewash.

Brief Answer:
Stop triglow cream..

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Perhaps you have developed irritation to the cream. I suggest you to stop it. You may use a moderately potent topical steroid cream. e.g momate -f cream( mometasone furoate 0.1%and fusidic acid 2% ), twice daily for a week. It would help resolve redness and irritation due to triglow. Thereafter use kojic cream for the dark nail marks. This would gradually help lighten the marks
