Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Analyzing your report, it's clear that you have high frequency mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss.
cause for nerve weakness at your age needs to be ruled out.
More likely causes are acoustic trauma, Oto toxicity because of some drugs, middle ear infection, Vascular lesions of the brain, infarct to the hearing nerve, inner ear diseases like Meneires disease, viral infection of the nerve.
There is no cure for nerve weakness.
Detecting the cause and treating the cause will help to some extent.
Multivitamin tablets and vitamin B 12 injections weekly once for 6 weeks may help.
For moderate hearing loss , behind the ear(BTE) hearing aid may help.Your treating doctor will know about it
This will prevent the further deterioration of the nerve.
Hope my answers have helped you.
Pleased to help you further. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your follow up query.
Buzzing sound in ear is called tinnitus, and it is normal in sensorineural hearing loss.
Sensorineural hearing loss can be hereditary. If so, there is no treatment for it.
If it is acquired, then cause can be detected only by history and clinical examination by a specialist.
Yoga can improve tinnitus, but not hearing.
For tinnitus, treatment is usually with betahistine tablet + ginkobiloba extract + multivitamin tablet for 6 weeks.
If symptoms persists, then intra tympanic steroid injection can be given, weekly once for 4 weeks.
This again needs specialist guidance and help.
I would suggest you to consult with your specialist and discuss my views with him.
Hope my answers have helped you.
Thanks.
