Suggest Treatment For Serious Panic Attacks, Body Tremors, Anxiety And Headache

Question: Hi I took tab pexep cr 12.5 mg inn night and tab bupron xl 150mg in morning after breakfast on 31 july 2015 after doctor's prescription, after that on that day itself i got an serious panic attack( anxiety attack). after that i did not take any further medicine.
But since then i am feeling shaking in my body and high anxiety, when i start thinking on something my body starts shaking, headache and heaviness in chest.
Please guide me to whom should i meet. If this condition can be treated or i have become anxiety patient for life time. Before taking these medicine i have never experienced this kind of symptoms in my life.

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Though unusual,still,Bupropion and Paroxetine have been reported to worsen anxiety ,even leading to panic attacks in a few patients.
However,as you have stopped the medicines,the symptoms should not have persisted that long.
So,I suggest that you should consult a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated for this severe anxiety.Its almost 20 days and single dose drug effect should not have lasted till now.
