Suggest Treatment For Serotonin Syndrome

Serotonin syndrome
Detailed Answer:
dThank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
I am sorry to hear that you are having serotonin syndrome. There is no treatment for the muscle tension and fatigue. With your stopping your medication the reaction should stop in 24-48 hours. The biggest danger with serotonin syndrome is the high fever. If you develop high fever you may need to be seen in an ER to help reduce that fever. High fever can cause seizures and brain damage.
For the muscle pain and tension you may need to see your medical provider for a muscle relaxant. The only muscle relaxants OTC would be Doan's pills but I don't think they are available any longer. Your provider though could call in medication like cyclobenzaprine
I hope I answered you question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
