Suggest Treatment For Sever Abdominal Pain

Gastritis and biliary tract disorders to be excluded...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query.
You are reporting to have right stomach pain and runny stools .
These symptoms may be related with:
- gastritis/stomach ulcer
- acute gastroenteritis
- Biliary tract disease (although you have surgically removed your gallbladder)
With regards to stomach bleeding, since your stools are not black than shouldn't worry (you don't have stomach bleeding).
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend to do the following examinations for a better evaluation of your case:
- upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound (to exclude any problems in your biliary tract)
Meantime, I would like to suggest as follows:
- Eat often and in small portions
- Avoid spicy foods
- Avoid consuming alcohol, café, tea, energy drinks
- Quit smoking
- Start using PPI drugs for at least two months (like Prilosec OTC)
- Continue with antacids.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Sorry if I have written right stomach pain.
You are reporting to have upper middle stomach pain. This symptoms is more related with
- gastritis /stomach ulcer( upper endoscopy will properly diagnose them)
Otherwise abdominal ultrasound should be done to rule out biliary tree issues even the pain location is not specific for them.
Wish you all the best!
